That's good suggestion Brewluva. What do you think is the best product?

unfortunatly im not really educated on whats out there beyond Oduls or Kaliber, i did come across one in Canada that was extremely low in alcohol called Point Nine (0.9%)

This may be a little late But here are a few things that I have heard about. You can take your beer (post fermentation) and do a secondary boil on it  and that would get the alcohol out, and at the same time do some small hop additions to bring back some lost flavor. you would have to add yeast and primer for natural carbonation, or you could force carb in the keg.

I have also heard of using an ice cream maker to make a beer slushy and extract the alcohol that way. Disclaimer: This method is considered distilling and is illegal. With that out of the way I have heard of guys having very good results with this method. Because the person who doesn't drink alcohol gets what they want and the brewer gets a little bonus, once again this is not considered "legal".

I would try the first method if i was to make any NA beer though.
Good luck
