Dry yeast lager
Unfortunately, I am not equiped to brew lager. I did recently brew a steam lager that turned out very well though. Last week, I discovered a dry yeast lager that can be warm fermented. But, I have read that dry yeast is ill-advised in lager beer. Does anyone have any experience with this technique?
I've tried the Saflager S-23, but fermented it at lager temps. It was ok, not as clean as a liquid yeast.
