First Brew 2010!!!!

Yes!  I have seen the light at the end of the tunnel...If it's nice enough out to go to the driving range and smash daily frustrations over the fence, it's close enough to order ingredients for my next 2 brews..    I'm doing an IPA, and an IIPA..not sure which one first, maybe back to back weeks if I can, but I'll order everything at once..  I can't friggen wait..  I'll probably break everything out of the shed on Sunday and clean stuff off, test the pump, etc...

And this will an open session for anyone local who wants to stop by...nothing big, just the same ol' same ol..  brewing, drinking, grilling...

Driving golf balls over the fence?  really?  who are you kidding you shankapottimus, ha ha.

give us the dates, and hopefully I can make it out, look forward to seeing you again.  I'll be sure to wear my yankees championship hat, ha ha.

Put a date down bitch! I'd love to come over and drink yer beer!!!yikes

So what part of the planet are you on?

The three guys giving each other crap are from Mass, and 2 of them are bitter Red sox fans.

Hey man..it's a short fence, only about 250.  Right now isn't a problem, but mid-season it is..there is a green almost right behind that fence, so any high flyers over the top can land on said green..or golfers on green.  But yeah, I'm pretty good..should be on tour within a few years..

Working on a date, whore..haha...should have something sort of figured out soon.  Probably sometime late March, early April....  I'm ordering everything later today, except the yeast I'll get at the LHBS....

I just figured ricka was practicing at the putt putt golf course...  yikes

Woo-Hoo!!!  Just got my tracking # from AHB...grains will be here Friday.  I'll pick some yeast this weekend.  If all goes well, I'll be brewing again next weekend.  Of course, I do need the pond in my backyard to dry up.  Even if it doesn't, I could still brew it up if weather looked worse for the following weekend.  My kegerator is empty, and I'm not happy.

So, more info to come but anyone who wants to come by is welcome.  If you can't make it this time, I'll be brewing again the weekend after probably, so two chances to watch my comedy show I call brewing...
