Glass or plastic your thoughts

I use plastic buckets for Primary and Secondary.  I have one glass carboy, but the neck has stress fractures, so I've been staying away, at least until I can get a carrier for it.  I have no smell issues in the plastic.  I use just hot water and a tiny drop of dish detergent to wash them out, and one step sanitizer to rinse them.

I carry my glass carboys in milk crates.  If you have a couple extra milk crates then you can spend your carrier money on something else.
