Irish Moss
hey just got back into brewing, Yeah!!!!!!, well this time around i'm trying out Using irish moss, having some hazy beer, so with this do i boil it in a hop bag or put it directly into the work and filter it when i put it into the fermenter.

You mean wort?
Definitely do NOT put it in a grain bag. Straight into the wort. It has negative charges which attract the positive proteins and drop it the bottom. Can't do that if the moss is in a bag.
Doesn't take much either. I think 1/4 to 1/2 a tsp for 5 gallons.

You might also try Whirfloc tablets. It's basically concentrated and pulverized irish moss in tablet form. Throw it in your wort 5 minutes before the end of the boil. I get a bag at a time and it seems to last me close to a year.
