MASSACHUSETTS RESIDENTS?
OK....so let's try to make this actually work. We need to know the following from each person who wants in...
Host?
Willing to drive?
Beer Exchange?
Date?
For me, I might be able to host. I have a good size backyard, but inside is kinda small and cluttered as I'm just moving in this week. I can drive wherever pretty much. If we do this right, we can eliminate shipping costs from the exchange, and just bring our "samples" to analyze with each other at the meeting.
It seems the date and hosting are the two biggest factors. I will propose the following, May 3rd or May 10th. May 3rd is the last day of NERAX, but it is also the Big Brew Day, so that would work well...
Any comments???? Only a few weeks left to finalize this, so we should try to get this set.....
I am willing to host if everyone is willing to drive out to western MA. Or willing to go out east. Either way, I'm in. 5/3 or 5/10 will also work for me.
i'm almost ready, i'm all carbed up, im just a little short on bottles but im working on that, "Hiccup",then i just need to get it into the kegerator and and fill em up

Date - 5/3 is out for me as I'm volunteering at NERAX all day that day. 5/10 is fine for me.
5/3 is definately out for me. 5/10 is about 50/50 I am still working on it.
I'll drive anywhere, but I can't host currently. Maybe next time.

(Is Framingham more central than Thirsty's locale???)
I can do either 5/3 or 5/10 as of today. Framingham is a little closer to Boston than Springfield. Thirsty would have a good drive pretty much whereever we did this. It seems now with at least 2 out for 5/3 and one for 5/10, maybe another weekend would do? Any suggestions? The later we do it, the more likely I could host in Billerica. I'm still just trying to work out the last few kinks at my new place.....
Yeah I'm cool with driving to Framingham. no prob. I wanted to extend the invitation for a brewday in case anyone did want to make the drive. Door is always open. Typically brew every friday from 9am to about 4 with cleanup. About once a month we brew on a saturday instead so we can go out to lunch on friday and do "research".
Yesterday however I woke up at 10am freaking out because I was still drunk and had to call into work. After the other manager picked up the phone when I called in, I realized it was my day off. So slept until 1:30 when the phone rang because that was when my brewbuddy woke up. So it was lunch at the hofbrahaus instead of brewing yesterday. Turns out we were up until 4 the night before and split a liter of jaegermeister and kicked 2 kegs (not full of course), but that was what caused all the damage. His wife was happy, she got to go to lunch w/ us. Guess it all works out.

I'm moving may 1st, but i'm taking that week off, so it shouldn't be any trouble.
It looks Framingham is the most central location for our get together. I will host if we do this on 5/10. I'll even plan an outdoors brew day around this. What do you all think?
