Newbie question

Have a newbie question. So I already have my beer in the primary ferm and I didn't add my  orange pil and coriander. Can I add it when I go to my secondary ferm. If so do I need to sanitize it first

You may be able to get by without but to be on the safe side I would steep in a small amount of water at 180 for 5-10 minutes.  You could also steep in a small amount of vodka as well.  Good luck!

Thanks for the info. I don't know if I'm even going to add it but I think I should

I am guessing this is going into a wheat beer? because clarity is not a huge concern, I would just add your peel and corriander to the primary, let set for a couple of weeks then rack straight to packaging. Be careful with the corriander- a little goes a long ways! Chances are your yeast have already contributed some spiciness, so I would be conservative with aditional contribution. Are you using fresh peel? Whole corriander fresh ground?
