Nutribeer, or Meal in a Can
Recent discussion amongst my colleagues had me arriving at the conclusion that I want to brew a nutritionally balanced beer. Beer is already pretty darn good for you as is. I want to take it to the next step.
I remember hearing an interview with some nutritionist saying you can nearly live off beer.
That may be a step too extreme right now, but I want to get closer to it.
What necessary nutrients can be increased in beer through the brewing process(as opposed to just additives) to make it a "health drink"?
