old wort
Anyone know how long a tin of wort will keep.
While rummaging through my basement I found a box with two homebrew kits
one was for Boots lager, the other has faded so the label is unreadable.
but just out of curiosity i started a brew with the lager wort and it smells
good and is fermenting well although it looks more like beer.
Not sure whether I dare sample it because i estimate it to about 24 years old.

24 YEARS old? That may be the oldest beer ever created. Good luck man, good luck.
i would not drink beer that old we found some old beer still in the cam it was like 10 years old tasted like weasel piss i puked after i drank it lol
the only thing i would drink that was that old would be liqour for now on lol good luck let us know how it tasted
I assume you boiled it prior to pitching? If so, I would probably see what happens. I don't know that I would drink a lot of it, but you might sample it to see how it turns out.

Yes, punctuation is completely optional. I like sentences that are hard to read. Next I would recommend not even adding spaces between words, make it impossible to read.
As for 24 year old wort, ditch it. How exactly did you figure out the age?
Sounds pretty sweet. Now just invite your MegaBrew drinking buds over and have a blind taste test.
@cubx
I moved in my house 24 years ago and it was in a box with brewing kit I brought with me from the old house.
