Oops!

With my last batch of brew I used some brew vint yeast fuel.  Now being the idiot that I am, I didn't read any instructions and instead added it to the wort right before pitching my yeast instead of the last ten or so minutes of the boil.  Would this cause any problems besides being ineffective?  I guess my fermentation did only last about a day and a half.

Brewbie, I,ve never used a yeast enhansment so cant really help but, as far as your fermentation goes, what was your OG and FG? Did you get above 60% fermentation? If you did, no worries except for the possible contamination. Taste should tell you about that. If you don't have any "off" flavors, and the FG is still too high, you can try a "re-pitch". Use the same yeast and hit him again! Might be a little slow to start but should work. Prost!

Upon further inspection, and measurement.  I'm not really worried about.  The gravity readings confirm that everything is fermenting out well.  I just need to relax! big_smile
