Randy Mosher's Doble Doble?
As I was reading Radical Brewing, the Doble Doble recipe caught my eye. My question is this: after one does the double mash thang & the 90 min boil, does one rack to a secondary & let the dry hops sit til maturation, or can it mature in the primary carboy as started, yeast & all? thoughts? many thanks for all responses, regards, bob
