Selling Your Brew Creations

I would think that if you make the charity auction for a "Home Brewing Class" or something similar, that would probably fly.  I do agree that the ATF would probably frown on homebrew being the item auctioned, but I don't think they can say anything if it was to teaching a person how to homebrew.  Now if the person got to keep the homebrew at the end of the class, then so be it.

I am a bit surprised that those running the auction didn't make any comments or express any concerns regarding the legality of auctioning homebrewed beer.

 

It wasn't so much the auctioning I was commenting on as the "make to order" brew and serving during an event.
