Sparkaling dry malt extract
Ok fellow brewers I have a question, what is the difference between regular dry
malt extract and sparkaling dry malt extract. And what beer would it be used for? Thanks.
Sparkling Amber malt extract is a proprietary blend of base malt, Munich, and 60L crystal malts from Briess. I would think it best in an amber ale.

you mean it doesn't have little chips of diamonds and gold flakes in it?

If you aren't using that product, I'd say the usage of the word sparkling is just marketing jive.
