Spring 2010 MA brewday
Unfortunately I doubt I will be able to make it now, too many other things going on.
Hopefully next time, cheers!
Oh well, couplebeers...
So what that leaves me and possibly Rick?
I think so, Mike. I also have a couple of friends interested in brewing coming out and perhaps some members of the Worts. We'll see... it may turn into a mellow brewday, but any company is welcome.
BTW, I have the B. claussenii starter going strong now since Sunday. Man, does that smell awesome. Caulk full of intense pineapple and citrus aromas and a nice sour background. I sure hope the Tripel turns out smelling that nice! Cheers!

That starter sounds awesome.
I'll see if I can get one of my non-BKB brewing buds to come along.

I am pretty sure Lauren is in too, he texted me earlier in the week to see if I was going, pretty sure he plans on it.
I could always put you guys on speakerphone in my office, I am sure customers would LOVE to hear the babble come late afternoon! ![]()
Hey, all my brewdays are small..usually just me. I'll be there Saturday, probably around 12:00.....Hopefully, my regulator shows up and I can get my IPA carbed in time to bring a few....
Edit : No IPA to bring ...
I just checked the tracking # and it won't be here until Monday....

Naw that was from the year before when we had the hurricane, cause I made an alt that day. I was embarssed cause i wasnt really sure what to tell him- I missed the disclaimer first when he opened it. All I could say was "uhh....not a bad beer, uhh..."
Well its definite, I'm sittin' this one out. I just have too much stuff going on this weekend. Have fun fellas.
