St. Paddys Day

So I'm looking to to make a brew for St. Paddys Day and was wondering if anybody has tried adding green food coloring at any point.  I was thinking the best way would be to mix in the food coloring right before its transfered to a keg and then a forced carbonation.  Anybody have any tips or any experience?

I considered this one. I don't know anybody who has tried it. My FEELING is that if you add some food coloring during kegging (not during fermentation), it should be alright.

The majority of chemical reactions is done taking place, so I don't imagine it will hurt anything. I could be wrong though.

Thats pretty much along the lines of what I was thinking.  I guess if I don't hear anything I just might have to try and find out...

I've seen people do it before kegging or put a few drops in the glass before filling with clean beer.  Either way works.

Me...if I wanted a green beer I'd add a crap load of hops...somewhere abouts a pound or more, ha.
