Turn N/A beer into beer with alcohol. Possible?

I'd go ahead w/ some of the honey.  Maybe a few packets.  Might cut some of the cidery flavor.

Here's a link to Brewski's writeup on his Re-brewing N/A beer.  It's a .pdf file so you'll need to have Adobe Actobat installed.  I still haven't figured out how to post an article or add a Blog entry but have contacted Webby to see if he can point me in the right direction.  But in the meantime...

Re-Brewing N/A Beer

Well, thanks to your incredible efforts, I was able to enjoy a few beers with my friends last night. The beer was good and enjoying beers with my friends was awesome!

The beer was a tiny bit sweet, but pretty darn good. I had only carbonated it for about 5 days, but I couldn't wait! Other beers are still sitting and I will be curious to see if they are even tastier.

Anyway, thank you all for your kindness. You all went above and beyond, but I also have to give a special thank you to Brewski who went WAY above and beyond.

Cheers!

Well, shucks fella.  Thanks.  Sometimes, ya just gotta do what you think you ought to do.  smile

But, it sounds like yours turned out a whole lot better than mine.  Did you use some honey & the brewers yeast?
How was the carbonation?  The tiny bit of sweet might have been future carbonation.

Cheers!
