What kinds of ingredients do you use?
My questions specifically relates to flavorings - cinnamon, ginger, orange...
Is it better to use fresh ginger root or dried? Cinnamon sticks, powder, or extract?
Also, what is the difference between sweet orange peel and bitter orange peel (besides the obvious)? Anyone dry peels themselves?
