What the hell!!!

It'll probably be fine.... I used Hazelnut extract for a brown ale last year, and only used 1/2 oz... it took about 2 months for the flavor to calm down enough to be balanced.

it's good.  For me, a little too much, for the girls I made it for... they love it.  similar to leinies berryweiss.  I'm really not a fan of fruit wheats anyway.
