What's Brewing this Fall?

With fall quickly approaching, what does everyone have in line to brew?  Does the change in weather make you change the types of beer you brew?

 

I will be lining up my first home brew! (its about time).  Its a Fat Tire Amber Lager imitation (called Phat Tire) - should be pretty good.

I got a starter kit from a supply store here, but am borrowing some glass carboy's from a friend as well as a 6.5 gallon stainless steel brew pot.  I'm pretty excited about it - should be fun!

 

I just finished work on a Peat-Smoked Porter Extract brew, & plan to make an Oatmeal Stout within the next couple weeks (My first attempt at a Partial Mash, wish me luck! big_smile)

I find that as the weather gets colder, I start craving darker brews.

There's just something about sitting by the fireplace with a mug of Stout & a good book, I guess smile

You can say i am Late batcher so have no plans yet to start some new and will see the weather and wait for it to decide what to do next!
