Yeast
Thanks guys I thought it was the yeast in the bottles getting stirred up. I need practice at the racking , I always stir up the bottom. I'm going to start lettin my beer rest
for a day befor bottling. But for now I'm saving $, do you know what a doctors office charges for a colon cleanse. Ha,ha. On another note I just had the last beer from my first two batchs at 5 weeks old. And man they were beautiful, my British pale ale looked like a glass of bourbon with a head it was soo fine. My Canadian was nice reddish orange color alittle cloudy like wheat beer but very nice. I'm showing my beer pictures to everyone like they're my babies, that's what home brewing is about!!!!
if you think your first 2 batches were good, just wait... your beers will get even better as you progress. And if you can be patient with your beer, most will improve with a few weeks of aging. It does help if you brew several batches, that way you have plenty of beer and can leave several bottles of each to age a while.
