About some mead...for a while..
Some time ago (last October I believe) I decided to brew some mead, and well, simply forgot about it. It sat untouched in a dark closet in a glass carboy until today, when I rediscovered it. It smells good, and doesn’t have anything weird growing in it that I can see - I'm wondering if threes anything I need to worry about because its been on the yeast cake for so long. Just bottle and drink? Put it into a second glass carboy, then age and drink? Anyone have any insight?
Thanks
Sean
