Braggot Recipe

Does anyone have a good recipe for a braggot?

the last braggot I did was very easy and quite tasty (5 gal):

6 lbs light LME
6 lbs honey
1 box of Good Earth Green Tea

since there's no hops, and you're using LME, there's really no need to boil it. steep the tea in 4 gallons of 170ºF water for a half an hour or so, dump in your LME and honey, keep the heat up over 170º for 10 minutes just in case, chill and add a neutral ale yeast... I think I used WY1056, but that was before I bought ProMash, and I couldn't find my notes...

Thanks for the recipe.  For some reason, I never showed this post as replied to, so I forgot to check until now.  Have you ever put any hops in your braggot?

I've made this recipe twice, and haven't gone back to try anything different. I like it, but it wasn't that big of a hit with my non-craft beer drinking friends, and it isn't anywhere big enough to do well in competitions, so I haven't re-brewed it lately...
