First lemongrass and ginger beer
I tried a lemon grass ginger honey wheat beer, lemongrass and ginger with 2 lbs of honey, and 6.6 lbs of wheat extract. Going nicely until AC died and temps hit 95 in my house outside it was 108. Tons of bubblegum very slow to carbonate, high alcohol, not at all what I wanted, now I am debating pouring it all down the drain, maybe retrying the recipe that I made up, or just moving on to another beer.
