first mead!!
Well I decided to finally try my first mead after a couple good wine attempts. I went with a full 5 gallons and shot for a more traditional, sweeter mead by using more honey and cotes des blanc yeast.
15 lbs clover honey
1 pound buckwheat honey
yeast nutrient
10g cotes des blanc yeast
we'll see how it turns out! the next batch using bottles of pomagranit juice and sour cherry juice I have lying around is already in the plans!!
