Am I on the right track?
15 # Clover honey in about 5.5 gal. of water. Used lalvin 71B yeast. Had an O.G. of 1.100. Used 2.5 tspns DAP and 1 tspn Wyeast yeast nutrient to the mix. Plan to add the same amount of nutrient addition in a couple of days. So what do you think? Am I on the right track? What about nutrients amounts, am I close? Thanks
