Seem pretty normal
Well, it’s been 10 days since I made both my meads. Both started active fermentation only 5 hours after pitching the yeast. My memo Mel is now bubbling every 6-7 sacs and the basswood is bubbling every 50 sacs. Does this seem pretty normal?
By the way. I did some staggered nutrient blends 3 times for each.
