Should Mead and Braggot be carbonated
Should Mead and Braggot be carbonated when completed/served? I had Mead a time or two and can't remember if it was carbonated like beer, or flat like wine. Never had a Braggot and don't know what to expect, Both have been aging for about 8 months now. I appreciate your advice and wisdom.

It depends. I've experienced both cork expulsion and a bottle bomb (the bottle cracked circumferentially at the base). Can you predict which will occur? I doubt it. So if you see sediment forming in the bottle, I'd suggest you refrigerate them.
