Vanilla maple mead

Cool. I think this recipe is set then, just gotta wait for that first run of sap...

No problem on getting some sap, and no need to pay.... where are you located though? I'm in the Binghamton, NY area. 3 pounds of sap is nothing. One tree could put that out in a day, so if you can come get it, it's yours... once it runs!

I'd have to pay for shipping as I live in Wyoming.

 

How did this turn out?  If it was good I would love to try it this winter.
