Yeah, I read about that somewhere.......I guess it sounds like a good idea, but I still prefer some sort of sports drink over beer when I'm huffing away from excersise......

 

It would definately have to be a session beer. 
Why don't I get to be part of these studies?

Yeah, where was I for this work?  I want next time.....I couldn't imagine working out for an hour, huffing and puffing away, and sitting down with a Guiness.....
