Hoppy Ester to you too and to all the other fellow homebrew nation! I made babyback ribs on the grill with mesquite charcoal and lots of mesquite wood chips for the smoking effect. I topped it off with Stone Smoked Porter (sorted tasted like my brown ale except a little stronger) and then finished it off with a dessert of my own vanilla porter. I'm leaving on a jet plane won't be back till after next week.....Savannah Bound......have a good one.
