Hoppy Esters

I think that is right.  I would like to extend my best wishes to all you HB'ers out there on this day.  {"Weather" you believe or "naught"}.  Today is a celebration of "life".  May your gravities be high, and your fermentations complete.  (TOAST):   MORE BEER!!
Now lets enjoy a great dinner!  Complemented by our very best.

 

Hoppy Ester to you too and to all the other fellow homebrew nation! I made babyback ribs on the grill with mesquite charcoal and lots of mesquite wood chips for the smoking effect. I topped it off with Stone Smoked Porter (sorted tasted like my brown ale except a little stronger) and then finished it off with a dessert of my own vanilla porter. I'm leaving on a jet plane won't be back till after next week.....Savannah Bound......have a good one.
