Snow Day!

So it's starting to look like I will be stuck at home tomorrow. But I honestly can't think of a better setting in which to brew the community stout. Snow piling up to a foot outside and I'll be making thick sticky black (tar heroin?) nope badass stout. I picked up an oat stout last night to see what I was getting myself into and if we brew anything like the one I enjoyed we're golden. I would recommend Young's Oatmeal Stout if any of you see it at a local shop. Slab of chocolate cake in a glass. Texture was real fine too. Looking forward to brewing tomorrow.
