Where you brew

Seems to be quite a variation in experience and skill level on the website as well as a lot of references to regional beer styles or events. Who is brewing where and how long have you been at it?

I am in MA.  My locale is in the suburbs north of Boston.
More specifically I brew in my garage (no cars in that garage just camping/climbing gear and brew gear).

I have been brewing for 10 years this decemeber.  Currently working on a 10th Anniversary beer.
I currently employ all grain techniques, but spent much of that tenure doing extract and partial mash...until I had said garage and more space.

I will also add; I predominantly brew english style beers (bitters, stouts, not so much porters).  My favorite yeast is WLP002.  My favorite malt is crystal 60L, but may soon be Victory malt instead.

Also in Massachusetts....also north of Boston.  I'm in the middle of a move, so I'm not brewing right now, but will be soon enough.  I just started brewing this year in May.  I love it, and can't wait to advance my techniques.  I'llbe doing my first partial mash on my next brew, and will eventually move up to AG, based on available money and space........mortgage payments will have to come first unfortunatly......

I'm in PA, outside of Reading, or more generally 30mins west of philly.  I've been brewing in my kitchen for over a year and a half.  I'm also a recent college graduate, former QC Tech at a gourmet dessert supplier, and now a microbiologist.

I am in Syracuse NY. I brew AG in my garage i just started brewing last year got starter kit for chirstmas. I just started buying more and more stuff.

I'm in Southern Ohio and brew on my porch........plan on making a brewshed next year smile

I'm digging out from a snowstorm in central minnesota. I started brewing in Texas about 14 years ago. Started brewing again this year after a few years away from it. Tried it when I first moved here from texas in 1997 but batches came out bad so stopped. Started again a pumpkin beer and things are back on track. I brew extracts in my kitchen. Beer I have brewed the most is pumpkin beer but not the same recipe as I seem to lose track of them.
More organized now and will be brewing much more often. I will get in on the srping community brew this spring when one is posted.

DC

I am just north of Cincinnati, West Chester.  I started brewing last January.  I have 10 batches under my belt. And I brew with my turkey fryer on my back porch.

Another Mass Brewer.. about a half hour south of Boston.  Just started brewing a few months ago when I got a kit for my birthday.  I do my brewing inside so I usually need to schedule any brewing when family members aren't going to be around and I can take full reign of my kitchen.
