Kolsch or Helles anything

I'll go with Kolsch I guess.
And I vot for an exchange program.
I already have my Allagash White clone planned that Dartgod provided me(us) last year.

I have never done a Kolsch.  So, I vote for a Kolsch!!!!!!!  I brew honey ales and wheats all the time.

Is that  vote for Honey Kolsch?

BTW, when everyone starts reading about the 2009 Honey shortage its Brewskinewbski's fault.
I hear he has been actually sprinkling brewers yeast directly into bee-hives to see what he gets out the other side.

I'm also game for an exchange program.  I think there few of us live the Mass/NH area, so that could make shipping cheaper for us at least.  I usually paid about $8 to ship beers to Portland, OR.  I used the USPS flat rate box, and never had a problem.....regardless, if the nationwide exchange program gets voted out, I'll still exchange with the locals if there's any interest after the brew is ready......
