I don't envy your upcoming chores.  I hope you just keg all that rather than clean out ~300 bottles.
Although having all that beer bottled for easy storage would be great.

Probably about 60/40 kegging to bottling but let's see.........300*.4=120 bottles......120/24=5 cases.....and still have 3 or 4 more batches to brew.....I'LL BE BUSY.......yikes

I've got to catch up and start brewing.  WHERE IS MY MASH PADDLE!!!!

Got it all kegged and bottled except Component #1......just had my first bottle of the Allagash Clone.....since I've never had it and took it from Brewchez that it was good I can't tell you if it tastes like Allagash, but I can tell you it's good smile that's the important thing...... wink

Okay, I want to make this.  I have some questions tho.

1) How big is this batch? The malt extract seems like a 10 gal batch and the hops seem to belong to a 5 gal batch???

2) I feel like a total newb with this question, but what's (flameout)?

3) isn't a "pinch" of any one of those spices too little... or is it a pinch of each?

Thanks, I am real excited about trying this one.

I'm also going to making this...it looks so good....I'll do my best with some answers...

The extract amount is for a 5 gal batch.  Read at the end of the first line...it's giving you a choice to make a total 6.6 lbs of extract...

Flameout is end of boil, when you kill the heat source, before it's chilled.

I would say if could be a hefty pinch.....

I'm sure some of the other more experienced brewers can correct me if I made a mistake.....RDWHAHB!

Ah, missed that line... thanks!

Finally tried the real thing.....it has a little more body than mine but I think the batch I made has more flavor......
