And, no. The wheat/barley mix is not that precise as to impact on the recipe, especially without a mash involved. You should be in great shape with that extract and this recipe. Enjoy.

Brewer!!! I Always knew I could!!! I need to celebrate. gonna dig into the kolsh and the Maibbock tonight. Gonna try and kill the Kolsh keg once and for all.
