Any home recipes for a coffed brew?
I tried a six-pack of Mill St Brewery's Coffee beer last summer. It was an excellent product, even though I think the concept is very unusual.
Does anyone here brew coffee beer? The Mill St brew really tasted like coffee with a pleasant, refreshing carbonation that would remind me of a lager. I wonder if it would be better to base a coffee brew on something more like a porter or a Guiness style beer?

My apologies to everyone who can actually spell "coffee." I tried to fix my spelling, but I can't seem to edit the title of the post.
Maybe I need more coffee and less lager...
That's ok - the system doesn't allow you to edit your title after 2 or 3 minutes...helps keep the page URLs the same.
