Beer with Cocoa and Coconut
I was watching a show called "Works" on the History channel the other night and the focus was beer. They briefly covered the importance of homebrewing, and the guy they interviewed was making a chocolate coconut porter. They don't provide the recipe but I know he uses cocoa and fresh/roasted coconut to make the beer. Any ideas on a possible recipe? I haven't gotten cavalier enough to come up with something my self yet. I only have 25 gallons under my belt.

I saw that show to. Interesting brew idea.
Man, that is so cool...I wish they called me instead...than again, I don't have the most impressive setup....This guy has a conical, a home made glycol cooling system, and a 4 tap tower with custom labels.....yeah, someday i could have that too.....but I need new tires and rims for my truck first.......
