Berry with white grape juice
I’m trying to make good recipe with the ingredients that I can buy at the local grocery store here. No grapes on island. I’m looking for a blackberry, cranberry, or anything berry wine, and will be making a desert wine. I know some recipes call for the berries and 2 to 4 pounds of sugar, but I was wondering if I could use frozen concentrated white grape juice instead of the sugar, and will this make a difference in the final taste. What do you think about the recipe?
Thanks
Shawn
Hi, I did a search of this website for cranberry and came up with your post.
I know grapes are good for you and so are cranberries. I do have access to both and I'm wondering if there is a recipe for making with cranberry and grape, or as you say maybe with cranberry alone. And can you make a fizzy one from these?
