Best Red Ale Recipe Advice

While visiting a friend I tasted a Red Ale from the local microberwery and it was one of the absolute best I have ever tasted!! The brewery offers the recipe on their web-site and I was curious about giving it a go, but since I'm pretty new to the game I'm not sure about how to break down the measurements needed.
Can anyone give me a ball-park estimate? I realize the most fun is in experimentation so I won't ask for exact specifics, just an idea would be really helpful. Thanks!

As they have it listed on their site:
2-row Pale, Crystal, Cara-Pilsner, Munich and Dark Barley Malt.
Centennial and Crystal Hops. IBU's 41, English Ale Yeast.

p.s
thanks to all who post on the forums. your advice and discussions have been really helpful with my first few batches!

Which brewery and which beer?
It they post an SRM and an OG it would be a little helpful.

I'd even email the brewery and see if the brewer would be willing to help you out at all.  I think most microbrewers are willing to help out a homebrewer every once in a while.
