Better Bitter Cream Ale
This was a cream ale kit that I got, had some extra hops lying around, and threw them in also. I thought I'd made a mystake, but it came out great Brewchez told me to post it, unfortunately, I posted on the wrong thread. here it is, extract only.
Better Bitter Cream Ale: Starting og 1041 fg 1010
.75 lbsGambrinus honey malt
.25 lbs Dingemans biscuit
6lbs pilsen malt extracl
.5oz summit hops 60min
1oz Amarillo hops 30min
1oz cascade hops flame out
Wyeast smack pack# 1056
3hrs starter
A little to much hops for the way the market is now, but it came out great
