BKB Fall 2007 Community Brew
Are we ready to start thinking about this ?

And what's the thought process here.....you'll have to think for me....

at this point im just throwing the idea out there. if you have any ideas on what we might want to brew as a community, now would be a good time to post your thoughts on styles
in the fall i get a hankering for wheat and fruit beers. something to complement a hard cider and a good whisky.
Fruity wheat = 1
I live real close to an orchard, have failed miserably two years in a row on hard cider. But a berry wheat would be good.
Anyone tried Linie Berry Weis. Got a 6 pack the other night, gone quickly.

for the berry wheat, may i request anything other than cherry? i would like to use a different fruit as i have brewed a cherry wheat already. it remains to be seen how it will turn out.
i was thinking, of berry of choice, i have tons of black berries around my house i plan to pick and use in a wheat, BKB brew or not, anyway
Depending on when it's done, I'll join in as well.......I probably can't brew again until September

Fall I start thinking getting back into malt and warmth, but nothing to strong before winter.
I like Alt or a good English Brown.
well make a choice Alt or English brown?

i'll go with an good nut brown for fall!
