i would have to say wheat/wit................. but i wanted to say something before you take my vote into consideration....... i don't have the set up to do all-grain, so if everyone was planning on formulating an all-grain recipe then don't count my vote

Typically we do extract versions of the recipes so more people can participate.
Add me to the Saison list.
Saison = 3
Wheat/Wit etc. = 2
Pale Ale
Blonde Ale
Cream Ale = 1
Add me to the wheat list. If we do a wheat I'm going to split the batch....half regular and half raspberry. I tried a raspberry wheat at T-BONZ brew-pub in Mount Pleasant N.C. on my way back from Savannah last week and it was quite tasty. The brewer told me he used extract in the batch so it shouldn't be to hard to make it. Just prime the whole batch , bottle half , then add 1-2 oz of raspberry extract and bottle the rest.
Saison = 3
Wheat/Wit etc. = 3
Pale Ale
Blonde Ale
Cream Ale = 1
alright if there is an extract recipe that will work then.... looks like a close race so far... ha
