Toss my vote in for a wheat/wit. I was planning on making it my next batch but it would be great if they coincided plus I'd like to see the recipe that is formulated.

Blonde Ale
Cream Ale = 1
Throw me in on the wit.
I vote for Saison. I dont even think I have had one before, so it should be cool.

Oh, and just for you all voting Saison - http://www.wyeastlab.com/hbrew/VSS.htm
Wyeast 3726 Farmhouse Ale is out from now through June as part of their VSS (Very Special Strains). It's a good warm weather fermenting yeast. Here's the stats:
Wyeast 3726 Farmhouse Ale
This strain produces complex esters balanced with earthy/spicy notes. Slightly tart and dry with a dry peppery finish. A perfect strain for Farmhouse ales and Saisons.
Alcohol tolerance: 12% ABV
Flocculation: low-medium
Attenuation: 76-81%
Temperature range: 70-95°F (21-35°C)
So even if Saison doesn't end up with the vote, make sure you brew this style!

I vote for Saison, it'd be a new one for me too. Plus with the new yeast available...sounds perfect!
