Choice of brew with meals
Does anyone choose specific brews like you'd choose a wine?
I notice restaurants suggesting brews to go with certain entrees.
For example, maybe a nice strong ale would compliment fish and chips?
For me it doesnot counts a lot what flavoure i have with my meals it just be my favourite one which i usually like to have in normal .
Beer goes very well with Indian food, whereas wine does not.
Beer is a good complement to a spicy food.
That reminds me of beer with Mexican food like jalapeno poppers or nachos.
I like a light lager or pilsner with that.
Almost i use beer rather than wine .

Actually I like red wine with pizza as an alternative to beer.
I am going to try to find a newspaper (or magazine, I can't recall) article that I read once where the author basically paired up different types of food with beer, like people do with wines. It was really helpful and informative.
I also really enjoy a lager with spicy foods. I really like Tsing-Tao, a Japanese beer, with Thai food, especially a good red curry. My favorite commercial beer is Bodington's and I recently enjoyed it with an herbed chicken recipe that a friend made for me.
