coffee mint stout
My wife and I were to a microbrew beerfest recentyl. She found a coffee mint stout she really liked. I have been searching the web for a recipe. Does anyone have any ideas or a recipe to share? If worse comes to worse, I guess I could see if the brewery will share the recipe.

If I were you, I'd start there. You already know that your wife likes that particular brew. Send an email to the brewer letting them know how much your wife enjoyed it. Also let them know how much of an inconvenience it is getting their beers locally then ask for the recipe. You may be surprised how easily they'll share their knowledge.
