Dandelion Wine?

I know someone who used to make Dandelion Wine. It was very sweet, as I recall. I assume it's pretty much a novelty. Has anybody here ever made it?

I have not, but I did find this recipe which I thought sounded pretty good...

I'm surprised by the various citrus ingredients. But come to think of it, they may have been in the recipe I tasted, too. (many years ago now)

I reviewed the link and that really sounds interesting. Will have to give that one a try!
