Dogbolter Recipe

If there is a clone recipe out there on the web, I sure cannot fine it. But would somebody have a clone recipe to Dogbloter?? Sure would be nice to try to make that one. Thanks for any help.

 

Never heard of it. Is it a local micro?

 

Dogbolter is made by Matilda Bay in Austrailia.  I've never had it, but I know someone who has.  They said it was good and bold.  That's all they kept saying, so I don't really know, but it sounds interesting.


I just found a site that seems to have a good amount of info on Dogbolter.  There's a recipe and sources for ingredients......check this....
