Here is one of the recipes thirsty was looking for....AG version

GOODBREWING........
Dartgod, thanks a ton it looks great, I haven't checked this thread in awhile, much appreciated. I am boiling a wheat tonight for a good summer beer, originally planned on doing a blueberry addition to the secondary, however I am seeing mixed things about flavorless beer and acid control. Any suggestions from anyone on a good flavor fruit wheat? Thinking of sour orange peels now, who knows, I got a couple weeks to make my mind up.
Don' t limit yourself to what other people report. Search for HOW to add something rather than looking at WHAT people add. Then give you blueberries a try with a method that makes sense to YOU.
As always report back here with your results.
After looking through last year's National Homebrew Competition result's the winning fruit beer was a Raspberry Wheat and it said they added raspberry extract....so that's what I made.......lot's of raspberry flavor....I added 4 oz.
GOODBREWING
How could I convert that back to extract? I tried it once, and thought it was fantastic. A great evening beer......
I looked in my book and the extract version calls for 8 lbs. Dry Malt Extract in place of the grains and the version that's posted earlier has a typo.....it should be 4 oz. crystal and 8 oz light chocolate malt.....this still needs steeped for 15 minutes at 150........
GOODBREWING.......
Thanks for the d'etre recipe mate! That is one of my favorite dogfish head brews. The d'extra wasn't worth the extra cash, it was more raison than beer.
Cheers,
