Help for homebrewing

I just had this beer  coming from Anheuser Busch and it was  pretty tasty. I wouldn't want an exact clone, as I think it would be a better homebrew. How could I make something similar with a grain/extract, or perhaps a partial mash?

They describe it as an unfiltered Belgian-style wheat ale; brewed with orange, lemon, and lime peels, coriander, two-row barley and wheat malts, and a blend of Cascade, Willamette, and Hallertau hops.  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

thanks
justin

Florian Kuplent, one of AB's pilot brewers (I think he's the head one for StL, but I'm not sure) was at the last St. Louis Brews meeting and brought some by. He was obligated by AB to not say much about the recipe, but if he stops by again or has us over to tour the pilot brewery I'll be sure to ask.
That is one damn fine beer, believe it or not.

I'm just starting to play around with formulating recipes, so, does this seem like it would work, or at least be in the ballpark? The biggest problem would be the hop schedule, as it's not that hoppy of a beer, yety using three different hops. Which would you bitter with, and which would be best to finish with. Perhaps drop all quantities of the hops to .5 oz

Hey, looks about right on to me with the hops. I like how you don't have any flavor hops in this beer- I find flavor hops don't jive that well with orange peel & coriander, personally. I've done a LOT of experimenting with these kinds of spices and I now leave out flavor hops entirely on spiced beers.

Also, you don't want to use a full ounce each of orange, lime, and lemon peel. At the most I would use 1/3 ounce each for a grand total of 1 oz. peel. If you are using home-zested fruit, then I would go ahead and use a full orange, full lemon, and full lime, but you only want to scrape the colored outer portion off- not the white pithy portion of the peel.

1/2 oz. coriander is enough for this beer as well. I don't think you'll want too much of any one thing.

I used the zest from one full lemon, one full lime, and one full orange. Added the zest and .5 oz of coriander at 12 minutes left in boil. I'm hoping that I don't get too much coriander through like in the real Spring Heat, and will actually be able to detect the flavors from the zest. I can detect it on the nose from the blowoff container, though, so I think it will turn out nice.
thanks
