Hen's Tooth

Anyone have a good all grain clone for Hen's tooth?

23L at OG 1.065, 6.5% ABV
75% Efficiency

5724g Pipkin Pale Malt
372g Crystal Malt
Mash at 65C for 90 minutes

27g Challenger Hops (9.3% Alpha Acid) full boil
17g Goldings Hops (6% Alpha Acid) last 45 Minutes
11g Goldings Hops (6% Alpha Acid) last 15 Minutes

23L is 6.07 gallons
5724 g is 12.6 pounds
372 g is 13 ounces

Thank you guys sooo much for this recipe... Any idea on yeast? I'm thinking just british ale yeast?
Also, where can I find Pipkin Pale Malt?

 

Maris Otter would be a good substitute if you can't find a supplier

You might try culturing some from a bottle of Hen's Tooth......I believe it is bottle conditioned.......if not British Ale is probably a good choice
